Our Story

The Naughty Nibbler wasn’t born in a boardroom - it was baked into existence one cookie at a time. What started as a cheeky little weekly treat for the regulars at a local bar quickly turned into something much bigger. Patrons couldn’t get enough of the Nibbler’s creations, and soon the demand outgrew the bar top.

Already a seasoned baker with years of hospitality experience (and the proud owner of not one, but two bakeries in the past), our Nibbler decided it was time to stake his claim in sunny Florida. Armed with a whisk, a wicked sense of humor, and a refusal to settle for boring flavors, The Naughty Nibbler was officially born.

So, what makes us different? For starters, we don’t play it safe. From outrageous flavor mashups to scandalous cookie concepts, we’re here to shock your sweet tooth in all the right ways. And while our flavors might be naughty, our ingredients are nothing but nice: we only use organic flour, farm-fresh butter, and premium products like Ghirardelli chocolate, real Reese’s cups, and all the name-brand goodies you secretly love raiding from your childhood pantry.
